Experience of making jalebi at home

Ingredients
1. Sugar - 3 cups
2. Water - as needed
4.  Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
5. Flour - 2 cups
6. Oil - 1/2 cup
7. Ghee - 1 cup
8. Yogurt - 4 tablespoon
9. Baking powder - 1.5 tablespoon
10. Orange food colour - 1 tablespoon

Method of making jalebi

At first, I made chasni for jalebi. I used sugar, water and lemon juice for making it. And mixed it well until it dissolved. Then, I go for the batter.For it, I used flour, oil, yogurt, baking powder, orange food colour and water. And mixed it well until it is slimy. Then, I heated ghee and fry the jalebi by making beautiful shape. After frying the jalebi, I dipped it in chasni. And take the jalebi out of the chasni.
And it was ready.
It was really sweet and crunchy. All of my family enjoyed eating this sweet.
